This Return Policy applies to all wholesale purchases from Clothing Angel, a wholesale supplier of European‑style men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing based in Australia. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault (for example, it is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or unfit for its purpose), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Because we operate a wholesale‑only business, we generally do not accept returns for change‑of‑mind, ordering the wrong size, or if you later find a better price elsewhere. If you are unsatisfied for these reasons, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, but we will assess each request on a case‑by‑case basis. Approved change‑of‑mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in resalable condition.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, or if we have sent the wrong style or quantity, please contact us immediately at info@clothingangel.com.au with your order number, photos showing the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days. For verified defects or our errors, we will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the affected items at no charge or issue a full refund for those pieces. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation – please wait for our written approval before sending anything back. We do not accept returns on sample orders, custom orders, or items marked as final sale.
Shipping costs for unauthorised returns are non‑refundable. If a return is approved and the fault is ours, we will also refund any original shipping fee paid for that order. For lost or damaged shipments, please notify us within 5 days of the expected delivery date; we will assist with carrier claims as needed. For international returns, all customs duties and taxes are your responsibility unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
